The University's Board of Directors is the highest collegiate governing body of the university, complying in its operation and composition with current legislation, and exercising all the functions inherent to its condition. - Composition.
The University's Board of Directors is composed of the members of the Board of Directors of the company, whose appointment and removal will comply with the regulations corresponding to their legal responsibility.
Management
Board

The Management Board assists the Board of Directors in the execution of the University's policy and channels the proposals of the rest of the bodies of the University Community. - Composition.
The Management Board is composed of the Rector, who chairs it, the Manager, the Secretary or the General Secretary, who will act as its secretary, and the Vice-Rectors.
Governing
Council
- Nature.
The Governing Council is the collegiate body of the ordinary government of the University. Its agreements, within the scope of its competence, are binding on any other single-person or collegiate body of the University. - Composition.
The Governing Board is constituted by the Rector, who will chair it, the Secretary General, who will act as its secretary, the Manager, the Vice-Rectors, the Deans of the Faculty, the Directors of Departments and Schools, one or more students and one or more representatives of the technical, management and Administration and Services personnel, who will represent the rest of the sectors of the university community, freely chosen by the respective groups.
University
Faculty
Nature.
The University Faculty is the highest representative body of the university community.- Composition.
It is composed of individuals: the Rector, who chairs it, the Vice-Rectors, the Secretary General, who is of the Faculty, the Manager, the Deans, the Directors of the Department, the Directors of the School and the Directors of the units and other teaching and research support services. Likewise, they will be part of it as elected members according to the following proportions: sixty percent on behalf of the teaching and research staff, twenty-five percent on behalf of the students and fifteen percent on behalf of the technical, management and administration and services staff.
Governance and
representation bodies
The governance and representation of the University will be carried out through the following collegiate and single-person bodies:
- Collegiate Bodies: the Board of Directors, the Management Board, the Governing Council, the Faculty and the Scientific Advisory Board. Collegiate bodies are also considered the Faculty and School Boards, the Boards of Departments and of University Research Institutes.
- Single-person bodies: Rector, Vice-Rectors, Secretary or General Secretariat, Manager, Deans of Faculties, Directors of Schools, Directors of Departments, and of University Research Institutes.
