In Spain, to obtain the title of lawyer and be able to practice, it is necessary to meet 3 additional requirements: complete the master's degree in access to the legal profession; pass the exam for access to the profession of lawyer and register with the corresponding Bar Association.
In short, although obtaining the Law Degree is the first essential step, you will need to complete these additional stages to practice as a lawyer in Spain.
How long does the Undergraduate Degree in Law last and how many years does it take to complete?
The online Degree in Law has an official duration of four academic years in Spain, following the model of the European Higher Education Area (EHEA). This time is equivalent to 240 ECTS credits, distributed in compulsory subjects, electives and the Undergraduate Final Project.
Under normal conditions, it takes four years to complete if you are a full-time student. However, this period may vary depending on different personal factors for the student.
