UTAMED offers a unique environment of over 7,000 m² in the Málaga Technology Park, available for space rental and event hosting in a setting where innovation, design and functionality converge. The venue combines technology, connectivity, sustainability and efficiency with a refined aesthetic and natural elements such as esparto grass and vegetation, resulting in contemporary, technological architecture with a marked Andalusian essence.
We offer a wide variety of spaces: private rooms, open areas, fully equipped classrooms and multimedia spaces that can be adapted for talks, conferences, corporate meetings, presentations or training sessions. Each space is designed to offer versatility, comfort and all the necessary resources.
Our venue has received international recognition with three prestigious awards. For its commitment to sustainable architecture, UTAMED received the Green Good Design Award 2025, and in recognition of its architectural excellence, it received the Architecture Masterprize 2025 and the New York Architectural Design Award 2024, awarded by International Awards Associates and The Chicago Athenaeum.

Available event spaces
At UTAMED, we offer a selection of versatile spaces ideal for event hire, suited to a range of formats and professional needs.
UTAMED has classrooms for various event formats to facilitate teamwork, technical training and presentations, accommodating 40 to 45 people. They are equipped with an interactive screen, whiteboard, videoconferencing system and, in some cases, a portable office set-up.
The recording studio is fully equipped for audiovisual productions and professional content creation, and includes a production rack, black and white chroma key, robotic camera, tripod, lighting kit, height-adjustable monitor, microphones, armchairs, folding chairs and a worktable.
The open spaces – including the Forum, the Temporary Auditorium and the walkways – are characterised by their natural light and abundant vegetation and are designed to host all types of events. They offer capacities ranging from 40 to 400 people and can be equipped with chairs and tables, an interactive screen, bleachers, a sound booth, an integrated sound system, a videoconferencing system and microphones.
Several laboratories are available, each with a capacity of up to 20 people. These spaces are designed for workshops, cooking demonstrations, group training sessions, research, testing or presentations, and are equipped accordingly, with workstations, sinks, fridges, ovens, induction cooktops and interactive screens.
The terrace has a capacity of up to 200 people. It is a spacious outdoor terrace in a private setting, surrounded by greenery and bathed in natural light, ideal for corporate events and business cocktail receptions.
The library is designed for presentations, training sessions and business meetings, with a capacity of up to 100 people. It includes chairs and tables, armchairs, a whiteboard, study tables, a bar with stools and an interactive screen.
UTAMED also offers rooms for smaller meetings and gatherings, featuring innovative privacy technology. These include the Board Room and the private dining room, with a capacity of 10 to 15 people, and are equipped with a worktable, interactive screen, videoconferencing system, armchairs, a private kitchenette with a fridge and a private bathroom.
