Organisation and governance of UTAMED

UTAMED’s organisational structure is designed to ensure a clear, efficient and participatory governance model, comprising various collegiate and single-member bodies that lead the university and represent the entire academic community. At the apex of this structure sits the Board of Trustees, responsible for top-level decision-making, assisted by the Executive Board and the Governing Council, which coordinate the implementation of policies and the operational management of the institution.

In addition, the University Senate acts as the representative body for teaching staff, students and administrative staff, ensuring the active participation of all sectors in university life. This institutional structure reflects UTAMED’s commitment to transparency, academic quality and collaboration, the pillars underpinning its educational project and its vision for online higher education.
