Structure of the curriculum for CPA subjects
The study plan consists of 60 ECTS credits, distributed across mandatory and optional subjects, external internships and the final master’s thesis (TFM). The subjects prepare you to practise as a teacher, with a solid background in pedagogy, planning and evaluation in the classroom.

Online Teacher Training subjects: External Internships
The mandatory 9 ECTS credits for internships are carried out in educational centres, giving you first-hand experience of working in a real classroom environment. You can undertake them in any of the establishments with which UTAMED has agreements at national level, or in another institution of your choice, provided an internship agreement can be arranged. Our team will support you in finding the centre that best suits your profile and goals, offering you the opportunity for direct engagement with the teaching profession.
Internships may be validated if you already have at least 18 months full-time teaching experience. You may also be able to complete your placement at your current workplace, provided that your tasks during this period differ from your usual ones and are directly linked to the learning outcomes of the MAES. In such cases, an Internship Agreement will be signed between your company and UTAMED.
Online Teacher Training subjects: Master's Final Project
The master’s final project, a mandatory 9 ECTS credit subject, is a key project during which you will use the skills acquired during the programme. You can either develop an applied proposal or conduct research in the educational field that demonstrates your professional and academic skills.
