Requirements to access the University Master’s Degree in Teacher Training

Preferred applicant profile

The University Master’s Degree in Teaching Training is designed for university graduates who wish to work as teachers in Compulsory Secondary Education, Baccalaureate, Vocational Training and Language Teaching.

Admission criteria

If the number of applications for the Master’s Degree in Teaching Training is greater than the number of places available, UTAMED will use the following admission criteria:

• Assessment of academic experience: ranking of academic experience corresponding to the master’s degree entry qualification.

Linguistic requirements

• All students must demonstrate a level B1 for a foreign language according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages; this is an essential requirement for admission to the programme.
• Any student who is not of Spanish nationality or from a country whose official language is not Spanish must demonstrate that their knowledge corresponds to at least CEFR level B2 or equivalent in Spanish.
